How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for every transaction. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order ID from the confirmation email Paddle sent you.
Alternatively, you can contact Shift-Change Home and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
What happens next
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your Premium access ends when the refund is issued.
